This TPI Corporation MB 30-DF single phase 30-inch diameter mini blower has a double yoke floor mount and is suitable for providing floor-level air circulation. The blade assembly, consisting of a steel hub and spider, holds the fan head’s three aluminum paddles, which are enclosed by a high density polyethylene side housing and front and rear steel wire guards for strength and resistance to corrosion. The fan has a rotary switch, a double yoke floor mount and can be positioned horizontally or vertically for precise direction of air flow. The permanent split capacitor (PSC) motor provides both starting torque and the ability to run at variable speeds.
